Hip & Knee

The UW Medicine Hip and Knee Center specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hip and knee conditions, with a specialty in the surgical treatment of these joints. We perform primary knee and hip joint replacement and the revision of total joint replacements, as well as corrective osteotomies.

Our team uses a multi-disciplinary approach and partners with our patients to develop an individualized treatment plan designed to maximize recovery of hip and knee function.

Treatment at the UW Medicine Hip and Knee Center provides our patients with access to a wide variety of expertise.  When a patient's condition involves multiple joint or systemic arthritis, experts in the areas of reconstruction orthopedics, rheumatology and rehabilitation medicine take active roles in our patients' treatment plans.
