How to Apply
To apply for the 2018-2019 University of Washington Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship:
We are contracted with the ASES Matching Program.
The ASES now participates in the SF Match. You will need to register, complete the application and submit a CV, photo, a personal statement, and 4 letters of recommendation in order to apply to our program.
The application for this year's match cycle is not centralized with SF Match. This will not happen until next year. Therefore:
- Applicants can obtain a copy of the Orthopaedic Shoulder & Elbow Match application directly from the ASES website.
- Applications and supporting materials (photo, CV, and letters of recommendation) are to be submitted directly to programs by the applicants. Applicants and programs will work together to ensure all applications materials have been received by the programs.
Application Start Date: August 31, 2016
Application Deadline Date: November 1, 2016
Interviews: January 2, 2017 - March 20, 2017
Rank List Deadline: March 23, 2017
Release of All Results: April 6, 2017

Feel free to contact Fred Westerberg for any questions about our fellowship program.
