Dr. Carlo Bellabarba, UW Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine spine surgeon, appeared on local news broadcasts this morning to discuss Seattle Seahawk Ricardo Lockette's recent injury and surgery. Lockette sustained a consussion and disc and ligament damage to his neck in a violent collision in Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Seattle Seahawks reported that Ricardo Lockette underwent successful surgery on Monday at Baylor University Medical Center to repair disc and ligament damage on Monday.
