UW affiliated hospital clinics score high on patient satisfaction survey
We are happy to announce that FY2008 second quarter patient survey
results show that our Eastside Specialty Center and the Bone & Joint
Center at Roosevelt have scored high on patient satisfaction.
Each of
the UW Medicine affiliated clinics showed increased patient satisfaction in
services provided by the Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine physicians and
the staff of these clinics.
In addition, FY2008 third quarter survey
results for the Bone and Joint Center revealed that we have achieved or
exceeded our goals in all areas of patient satisfaction.
